Use only the KBZPay or WavePay payment details displayed during checkout and on the order page. An order becomes Paid only after an administrator verifies the submitted payment slip.

Delivery & fulfillment
Items with available stock are marked Instant; items without stock are marked Manual. Processing times for manual orders are estimates, with updates provided through order status and notifications.
Refund & replacement
Orders may be cancelled before payment is approved. Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after digital access is delivered. Contact Help if delivery cannot be completed, the service differs from its description, or a covered issue occurs during the warranty period. Replacement or refund eligibility is reviewed per order.
Privacy & account security
Email addresses required for invitations or customer-owned-account upgrades are used only for order fulfillment. We do not request a customer's third-party password, OTP, recovery code, or 2FA secret. Do not send unnecessary personal information through Secure Chat.
Security notice
If anyone claiming to represent AI Store Pro asks for your personal Gmail or Google password, OTP, recovery code, or 2FA key, do not send it. Report the request through Help immediately.
